You can book your individual sushi course for groups of 6 or more, our sushi restaurant in the heart of Interlaken has a maximum of 20 seats.

COURSE SCOPE

• History - Everything about sushi
• Sushi product knowledge
• Sushi making
• Sushi meal together (if desired)
• Sushi course materials

Under the expert guidance of sushi master Freddi Weissen, we will produce various sushi rolls together in this course. You will learn all the tips and tricks about sushi. Afterwards we eat - if desired - together the self-made sushi.

You do not need to bring anything with you to the sushi class. The costs are CHF 139 (excluding drinks) per person and must be paid in advance. In order for the course to take place, a minimum of 6 participants is required.
